Community Savers and CLASS
Community Savers and CLASS is a cross-class alliance between an informal women led poverty action network and a tailored professional support agency focused on reducing poverty and inequality and building resilience through community action in their local areas.
We evaluated the impacts of their work for 2024 by carrying out site visits, interviews and focus groups with Community Savers and CLASS representatives as well as partner organisations and Manchester City Council. We combined this with analysis of their Community Saver surveys, a document and social media review into an impact report, which they have used to highlight their excellent work, and leverage further funding. We are looking forward to evaluating the impacts from 2025!
