Sharing our knowledge and skills for lasting change
We actively look for ways to build confidence, capacity, skills and practical tools so they can continue the work themselves and keep learning. When we support organisations with capacity building, this might look like:
Developing practical, flexible, proportionate tools and approaches that organisations can use to capture their impact on an ongoing basis, whether for learning, reporting or funding applications as we did with the Alliance for Northern Nature, Sight Loss Councils and the Eyres Monsell Club for Young People.
Embedding reflection and learning opportunities to create space for sharing thoughts, ideas and learning, which strengthens the research and project outcomes as we did with Love Leeds Parks, Energy Neighbours, Morecambe Bay Partnership and the Venturists.
Making knowledge around sustainability issues accessible through creative, accessible and experiential learning opportunities that help people explore complex issues, make connections and feel empowered to act as we did with the University of Leeds and International Mixed Ability Sports.
