Ensuring your work is shaped by those it affects
Co-production underpins everything we do, and we love creating safe spaces and meaningful opportunities for people to shape the decisions, policies and projects that affect them and their communities. That might mean, for example:
Developing a monitoring, evaluation and learning framework that reflects what success means to the people involved as we have done with Business for Good West Yorkshire, Energy Neighbours and with Manningham Ideas Mill.
Understanding how different communities experience an issue and use those insights to shape policy, strategies or future plans as we have done with West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Leeds Trinity University.
Bringing people together to explore an issue, build understanding and strengthen connections as we did with our brilliant project exploring interactions between neurodivergence, taking climate action and maintaining eco-hope and with the Fox and Goose community pub.
Supporting communities to turn ideas into collective action and positive change as we have supported on with Old Spring Wood Meadow Community Garden and Bradford Clean Air Schools Programme.
We use creative and accessible engagement methods to hear and amplify the voices of diverse groups, and we bring people with different experiences, perspectives and expertise together to explore issues, understand what matters and create solutions that are relevant, inclusive and ambitious.

Does your organisation need to hear more from your communities to
ensure your work is relevant and impactful? If so, we’d love to talk! [email protected] |
