Nifty Sustainability
Hello! We are Nifty Sustainability CIC (Nifty), a social enterprise established in 2019 by Claire Bastin and Jen Dyer. We support diverse groups and organisations who are trying to create meaningful change for the benefit of people, planet and prosperity. We bring expertise in and a passion for research and evaluation, education and training, engagement and co-production and activism.

We can support you with:
  • Creative monitoring, evaluation and learning
  • Co-production and supporting community engagement and empowerment
  • Building knowledge and capacity around a broad range of sustainability issues

Our approach to designing and delivering projects is what makes us different and how we work is as important to us as what we do! When we design and develop projects, we prioritise co-production and pride ourselves on being thoughtful in building relationships with those we work with, so we can continually learn from each other. We are led by our values of fairness, generosity and empowerment and we truly ensure that our work has social value, positive impacts and supports other organisations to create genuine, effective change.

Please visit our projects page for examples of our work or get in touch if you'd like a chat [email protected]

THE PEOPLE WE WORK WITH SAY:

'Not only did Nifty really understand the questions we needed answering, but they communicated the findings in a clear and accessible way. The research has been essential in shaping our strategy and the learning has helped us influence the wider sector.'
Martino Corazza, Director, IMAS
-------------------------------------------------------------------

'The unique partnership and iterative approach resulted in a far superior project outcome, developing a highly valuable and unique programme framework and helped build my own knowledge and capacity throughout the process too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nifty to others!'
Katie McGuire, Deputy Director of Sustainability Services, University of Leeds
