Meet the team

Nifty Sustainability was established by Claire Bastin and Jen Dyer to build on their extensive experience in exploring sustainability in different contexts.  Our approach to the projects we undertake is founded on the principle that thoughtfulness and reflection in design, delivery, analysis, and evaluation are essential.  We take a measured and iterative approach, listening carefully and reflecting often to ensure that what we do not only meets our clients’ needs but truly adds value.

You?
We are passionate about diversity and know we will be a more effective and innovative organisation if we can include a range of voices and ideas in our team. There are lots of ways to get involved: you might want to participate in meaningful research, or develop skills as a volunteer on a project, or help us establish our Critical Friends group.  We would particularly like to hear from you if you have an interest in sustainability but have struggled to find employment in this field for any reason.
