Becki Jepson

Research Assistant
Becki has been an advocate for sustainability initiatives throughout her career, and was delighted to get the chance to explore her ideas more when she was employed as a Nifty Research Assistant. Becki brings a wide range of experience, including that of project management and working with a diverse range of stakeholders, to the role. In her previous position as a Deputy Manager of a children’s and community centre, Becki focused on supporting families in the community, as well as creating inclusive and enabling environments for children with a variety of different needs. Becki is learning about different research approaches and methods and has quickly put this learning into practical use when using creative interview methods, such as timelines and participant observation, with a range of IMAS’ stakeholders.
Becki is currently coordinating Nifty’s research with IMAS, exploring the links between Mixed Ability sport and the healthcare sector, as well as the impacts of Covid-19.
