Caitlin Gill

Nifty Associate

Caitlin has recently graduated from her MSc in Environment, Culture and Society at the University of Edinburgh. She is passionate about environmental sustainability, particularly within the food industry and is an advocate for veganism. She completed her dissertation project on veganism and masculinity, which involved using qualitative research methods to interview male-identifying vegans on their respective experiences, motivations and justifications for subverting masculine norms. Caitlin also enjoys nature and the outdoors - she spends a lot of her free time exploring with her dog (Maggie) and visiting local nature reserves.
Caitlin is new to the Nifty team and is assisting Claire on a project with Leeds University which involves creating an online climate training module. She is really excited to get involved!
