Dr Claire Marsh
Nifty Director
After many years of championing environmental and then patient concerns in the NHS, Claire knows what a lonely and rocky road it can be for people who try to change their organisations to influence the greater good. Workplaces like the NHS are melting pots of competing priorities and stress that can easily quash the ideals and dreams of these passionate people unless their contributions are nurtured and valued.
Claire has worked for 7 years at the Yorkshire & Humber Improvement Academy testing and developing novel ways to support NHS staff that draw on coaching, action research, facilitation and relationship building. She believes these techniques can reduce stress and burnout, help people to keep their passions alive, and that they can help in many different types of workplaces.
Claire also offers Dru Yoga as a tool to nurture focus, strength, joy and a strong sense of connection with others and the wider natural World.
Claire is currently contributing to Nifty's work with Forum Central.
