Dr Jami Dixon
Research and Evaluation Associate
Jami is an applied researcher and social impact expert, passionate about using insights and evidence to drive change. Jami has extensive experience working in the field of monitoring evaluation and learning (MEL) both in UK and internationally, from developing MEL frameworks in Ethiopia, evaluating marine-conservation projects in Kenya to providing Theory of Change support to social enterprises in UK and building MEL capacity for arts education organisations in the Middle East. In her ‘spare time’, Jami is a Trustee for the Charity Evaluation Working Group (aka ChEW) and for Soft Power Education, a charity working to improve quality of life in Uganda. She is also a passionate environmentalist and in a previous life completed a PhD that explored the impact of climate change on farming systems in Uganda. Outside of work you’re likely to find Jami wandering around in the great outdoors, curled up reading a book somewhere, or putting the world to rights over coffee (or maybe wine).
