Dr Jen Dyer
Nifty Co-founder and Director

Jen is an experienced and passionate sustainability researcher, educator and activist. Jen's academic career gave her the opportunity to explore sustainability in some amazing places, from the copper mines of Zambia to the forests of Albania. But it was her research on Mixed Ability sport in the rugby clubs of Yorkshire that really highlighted the value and potential of the voluntary and community sector in creating a better world, and the power of equal opportunities in challenging societal norms. Jen established Nifty Sustainability with Claire in order to be part of this action!
Jen's strengths lie in thinking logically and holistically, being able to communicate effectively across a variety of audiences and being aware of diverse perspectives. She is a firm believer
that kindness and compassion are the most powerful tools we have for developing a sustainable future.
