Lily Baxter

Nifty Project Assistant

Lily is a first year Law undergraduate at Leeds Beckett University. Lily has worked with Nifty since 2021 and has provided valuable insights on several projects as a project assistant including; identifying and engaging with schools in areas of multiple deprivation and youth groups working with young people from diverse backgrounds as part of the Midlands Engine Young Peoples’ Green Assembly, and helping improve accessibility of IMAS online resources Nifty developed by adding captions to pictures for people who require use of screen readers. Lily has a passion for making the world a generally better place and believes can be done through understanding the challenges and making reparations towards social inequalities and injustices, and being kinder to and more appreciative of the environment in which we live.
